It’s in a superb location on the beach block and across the street from the bay.  Originally built as the Ocean Bay Motor Inn in 1955; it went Condo in 1975 with 65 Units.  Numerous upgrades and improvements have been made over the years. Facilities have an assortment of efficiency, one, and two bedroom condos, pool, and laundry; just steps away from a pristine beach. Abounds with views of the ocean and the bay, thus the name Ocean Bay Condominiums.

The outdoor pool is the perfect spot to kick back, soak up the sun, and take up fun and conversation with Ocean Bay’s most precious asset, its wonderful people. The serenity comes with proximity to Atlantic City, Ocean City, and many other South Jersey shore points for vacationing families and friends.
